By pressing the AGREE button at the bottom of this form, the applicant, hereby represents and warrants that the statements provided in the application are true and correct and are made to induce the owner to lease an apartment unit/house to applicant (s), and hereby authorized the verification of all statements and references.

THIS RENTAL APPLICATION is subject to the approval by the owner and/or the owner's agent who reserves the right to decline to rent to the applicant or to refuse possession of the premises until a formal rental agreement has been executed between the Lessor and Lessee. Submission of false information will result in the rejection of application and/or immediate cancellation of LEASE AGREEMENT.

It is understood that this property is being rented in its present condition and there is no agreement on the part of the owner or agent to make any changes in the property.

Payment Provision Security deposit payable at the time of acceptance of application and is non-refundable. Rent payable at execution of lease. I (we) the undersigned, agree to execute the Lease before the possession date shown above and on the above terms.
